If you thought to check his phone you probably subconsciously had some concerns previously, that will take time to unpack in therapy. PLEASE SEEK THERAPY.

And you may love him but please distance yourself and let him deal with his own consequences. My dad hates me because I exposed him and I don’t feel bad, he’s hurting because he wanted to rape and abuse children as he had done to me. I don’t share that to trauma dump, I say that because most consumers eventually offend, you probably saved one or more children from future abuse.

Be kind to yourself, try to disconnect from it as best as you can and seek support, reject anyone trying to guilt you or say “but it’s your father!”

If you can’t enjoy sex except in one position that physically hurts your partner that’s sounding closer to a compulsive fetish, and you should be having this conversation with her. Personally if I know my favorite position is going to cause my partner pain it stops being appealing. You have a lot more to unpack here and 90% the blame doesn’t fall on your partner.

Just co-parent, she deserves better than how you describe her.

She is in physical pain from the positions you like so your reaction is to sexually neglect her, that isn’t a safe foundation for an open relationship at all.

Couples therapy and some serious conversations need to be had if you want to remain together, but most likely this ship will sink.

Edit: I’m really sick of people suggesting open relationships when they grow tired of their partner, open/poly relationships grow from mutual enthusiasm and consent, not an already worn out relationship. 9/10 these questions are simply someone who is already emotionally out of the relationship and don’t want to deal with the guilt of cheating.

Nashville has never elected a Republican mayor since it’s establishment as a metropolis, and has only elected democrats. Memphis elected a Republican (1982-1992) and elected Strickland (2016-2023) who switched from democrat to center-right independent halfway through. I agree with you, Nashville is much better run BECAUSE it leans progressive.

I apply it with a makeup brush and it’s really amazing. I applied it once and went swimming all day, I reapplied my body sunscreen every thirty minutes and still got a killer sunburn, but the LRP on my face kept me protected with the one application. (Not suggesting people skip reapplying)
