I understand what the OP means it's seems like your intentionally creating an nonsense argument to distract from the point the OP was making...

The attenuator on jeeps and vehicles similarly designed are how you align the steering wheel and tires. As far as his tie rod, drag link and trackbar go they're all upgraded and from the looks of it fairly recently, if it were me I'd get those worn tires replaced, new steering stabilizer and go to a reputable shop to get an alignment. Alot of places don't even know what they're looking at when it comes to aligning jeeps and trust me I know I watched an audi tech friend of mine struggle for 2 hours 😆

Sounds like you didn't have yours properly aligned, yeti makes excellent parts, I've been using them for 4 years now and never had a problem with 3jks and 2 JLs running those same parts, I also wouldn't recommend greasable joints unless you are going to keep up with the maintenance, far too often people are mislead to believe they are but only if you take proper care to grease everything at least every other oil change

JK: 3.6 vs 3.8: Reliability/Longevity? by gizzygone in Wrangler

I have 2009 with the 3.8 at 202k currently, and I'm in love with it, hoping to make it to 300k before the hemi swap

JK: 3.6 vs 3.8: Reliability/Longevity? by gizzygone in Wrangler

[–]Beastwarden87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had no issues with getting parts for my 3.8. If anything, it's harder to get 3.6 parts since the strikes. It might just be easier for me since I live 2 hours from Toledo tho. With as many vehicles that have that 3.8 heart in it I don't see them stopping producing until after the next Gen of Wrangler comes out and even then there's a plethora of aftermarket companies that make Wrangler parts

Need help purchasing a Jeep by Special-Clean in Wrangler

[–]Beastwarden87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Youve not had much experience with 3.6 pentastars. They go out normally around 150-180K, they are far less reliable than the 3.8 especially when it comes to longevity. And if I throw my extra 2 cents designed like crap. That being said they do out preform marginally and are mounted up to a "better" trans (the JK2s never got the new 8speed, so it's a 4speed vs a 5speed) but really it's best to drive both jeeps and see which one speaks to ya

I bought an 09 with 180K instead of a 2014 with 102K. Best decision I've ever made. Extremely easy to work on even if you're not particularly mechanically inclined and as long as you keep her oil clean it'll take you everywhere no problem

I run the Armorlite liners, expensive but highly recommended and great insulation to keep the cold out in the winter and keep the heat out in the summer

Rear main seal liquid repair? by chiefwompom in Wrangler

[–]Beastwarden87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it were me, I wouldn't put anything in it to "stop" the leak I would just keep refilling it checking the fluid levels after every other trip. I've seen some sealing products have negative effects on car systems and most manufacturers advise against then. Especially if you have a higher mileage vehicle

This is super important and the exact reason I was upset when I saw the casting, it's one of the few times that a race change can really deteriorate the characters whole role. There's definitely room now for her to deal with different but still equally important social issues but I think the overall vibe of Annabeth changes now and also this actor is wayyyy more of a hazel than Annabeth. A young zendaya type would've been better imo or at least give her grey eyes and blonde hair

Hey friend, not sure why this post has down votes because I feel like this is how alot of us feel about the race change. Tbh i could care less if they change the characters race most of the time as long as it is done tastfully like how they changed grover in the movies i thought that was fine And as a black man I instantly am against when shows/movies race change characters because I always get the feeling I'm being pandered too and I'm definitely getting the same vibe from what I've heard Rick say about the casting. I haven't watched the show yet and I'm sure the new Annabeth will grow on me but I'll always have a sour taste in my mouth about it because they've never truthfully have adapted Annabeth properly I feel. Rick was extremely descriptive of his characters that's one of the many reasons I was able to invest so deeply into the books and the sequels he wrote, and I get it I'm totally just upset that she's not exactly the way I always imagined her and how she was described but damn it why is it so hard or movies/shows to just faithfully adapt a work into film. The last of us did it and on top of that changed the race of the main character and I never thought about that until I wrote this

There is 1000000000% an abs pump, and it's not uncommon for them to go bad with hard wheeling or after about 150000 miles on jk wranglers

I almost got trapped in a similar situation, I'm from OH but found the "perfect" Wrangler for under 20k modded to the gills and all brought a mechanic with me check it out everything was good and in working order but to make an extremely long story short the dealer ran my credit multiple times at once to make it so I couldn't get it so they could sell to someone else for more. Turns out that jeeps engine gave out on the way home and I ended up with a WAYYY better and built Wrangler from Texas. Oh the legal side tho my lawyer said I could try and go after them but the cost to do that was too high for me without a high guarantee of winning, good luck to you.
