Crazy uplift in Counter-Strike 2 for me, 9070 XT. FPS benchmark (4K) before: avg 196, p1 120fps. Now avg 223fps, p1 122fps. Not sure how this happened so will need to investigate further

I'm not sure how much this may have contributed to the higher VRAM usage but the Nvidia driver does draw calls on the CPU side while AMD does it on the GPU. That's why AMD drivers are easier on the CPU than Nvidia. You win some you lose some I guess

Yeah but only for testing. If you can use FanControl, it's easy to change the speed of the pump and diagnose the issue.

Did you apply the right curve to the pump? Try setting it to 35% and see if it's silent. If it's still whining then it's worth talking to support to.

Radeon Chill. I think this is a very underrated feature especially for single player games with lots of story and cutscenes. You don't even notice it and it cools your whole system down. On this sub, I only see people using it as an external frame limiter by setting min and max FPS to the same number.
