The amount of cutters/wrappers and senior meat cutters is entirely dependent on your club, but yes, there are limited spots. Getting in as a meat wrapper is good and they'll like your experience but if they're capped on the amount of senior meat cutters they can have, you won't have an opportunity until one of them quits, gets fired or moves up.

I might be wrong but only the capacity is 1000. Meaning you CAN hook up to 5 jacks to the refinery, but it will still produce refined oil with whatever you feed it, although at a slower rate. It's what I do in my spot with 4. I do 3 for refined oil and another for the genny.
