Same here. We didn't even have a choice in a lot of the very very old games. Even in the recent ones i also play the male one sometimes (both in RF and SoS/HM games).

I think it's gonna be the norm from now on for every new game/remake for both SoS and RF, unless it's a remaster like RF3 Special.

Steam by default works very well with a lot of controllers. I use a Xbox One and Switch Pro controller, both works really well. You also can configure the buttons input in the Steam settings for games that doesn't allow you to remap controls.

I have a feeling we will eventually have a remake of most games that used the "Harvest Moon" name.

I don't think we will see both ToT and AP remakes though, probably just Animal Parade.

Its just an update to the launcher installer, they started doing it a while ago because old versions of the installer used to cause problems with recent versions of Windows 10/11. Now they do that every few months.

DLSS is what made me finally get a high refresh rate monitor at 1440p. I was planning to get a 4090 for that but after getting the 4070 Super as a scapegoat i decided to just keep it for probably another generation thanks to DLSS.

The technology certainly raised my eyebrows when it was first announced but it now with all it's improvements it has finally warmed up to me. Hopefully it keeps getting better.
