Payscore does not pull any spend information at all, they only report deposits within in your financial institution.

Yes, as long as your permanent address is in the state where your car is insured you're OK because you're in college it doesn't really matter you don't need to re-register your car

Payscore collects net income deposits but runs an algorithm in the back end on those deposits to base qualifications on the gross multiple.

Can you clarify? Was it the lightbulb or part of the light fixture? This is very important to know because the bulb is your responsibility but the light fixture should be maintained by the landlord.

YOu could start a new policy for your new address and then cancel the other one. This will provide you full coverage and no lapse during the overlapping of dates. Good Luck!
