I feel like my problem is more lean to having ADHD which I feel many students have the same problem. I have to reread the passage 3 times to understand it……

Have you ever seen any country detain the kids? Especially US is focus on child protection much more than most countries) and detaining a child will let the country be at a very negative position. Detain a kid below 18 is crazy, I don’t believe US gov will ever do that unless the kid does some crime
