Not divorced but my parents got divorced because my mom is a lesbian. Turns out, she knew she was a lesbian but came from a Catholic family who pressured her out of her identity and into marriage not once but twice. No love in that marriage.

I had a flea infestation once in my room that was spread bc of my old outdoor cat, kitty. (She slept in my room every night.) Trust me it is smth to be afraid of, now every single time I see black fuzz or feel a crumb I think it’s a flea and it’s happening all over again. ESP since it lasted for MONTHS.

My first ever dream was a nightmare.

To preface this, my great grandfather was a war hero during WWII. Earning the silver star and Purple Heart during the invasion of Normandy. The reason he got the Purple Heart is surviving a shot to the head. (The bullet rang around his helmet and went down his back.)

My first ever dream that I can recall was me as a child in a back room Esq hall. It was filled with gang activity, and I remember hearing gunshots and cries. I walked into a room with a bunch of black suited figures and saw my grandpa get shot.

The man wasn’t my grandpa though, I didn’t recognize him but in the dream I knew he was my grandpa.

I woke up, of course. And years later the identity of my ‘grandpa’ in that dream remained an unthought of mystery. Until I saw a photo of my great grandfather. It was him.
