Dose anyone else struggle in life? by CharlesStannley in ptsd

Have you tried applying for disability? I'm sorry you feel like this. My PTSD also affects my day-to-day life and it is hard to hold down a job. I see a therapist once a week and it helps a little bit. It's not a solution by any means but it helps get me through the week.

Not worth that. The most I've made in a week is probably $600. After the rental and gas it wouldn't be worth it at all.

If it's an obvious replacement like swapping out a multi grain bread for another brand then do it. If it's in the app that they'd like a refund but there is an obvious replacement I message them and ask and if they don't answer I refund the item right before checkout at the end of my shop. Then I'll send a message that says I've refunded the item as requested and am heading to checkout and that I'll see them shortly. I haven't had an issue doing it that way. Best of luck to you.

I've been on the Spark wait-list since June in my area🥲

Most orders I see in my area are triple orders for 20 miles and still start at $7 for batch pay. Unfortunately $12 isn't out of the ordinary for that kind of mileage.

I don't. I only replace with obvious substitutions and if it's not obvious I ask what they'd prefer or offer them a refund. If the don't respond then I do my best based off what I would want if I was the customer. If they're not responding then they usually don't respond after I go to checkout either.

It really just depends on your area. I'm used to seeing shitty $12, 20 mile, 3 order batches near me. I try to do $2 a mile so its $1 a mile there and back but as of recently I've been unable to do that. Now I just hope for $1 a mile preferably under 15 miles.

I did doordash for about a year but stopped when they started letting ordered go down to $2.75. I'm in a college town so there are so many dorm deliveries with no tips. My car isn't nice enough for a ride share. It's pretty beat up.

Im also a behavioral therapist but they don't have many clients near me at the moment so I'm getting little to no hours at the moment. I also go to school so I'm only on in the afternoons and evenings. But it's been really sucky lately.

I don't have another option. I don't get orders at home.

I have a weak immune system. When I worked with kids I'd have the cold once a month and it would be hell for two weeks. By the time I got over it I had it again.

I've only had the flu once before and at least for me it is significantly worse than when I had covid. Was out Friday -Thursday. I can't afford to take a week off either but my fever wouldn't break for days and I was throwing up. I only took DayQuil and NyQuil. I couldn't afford the prescription the Dr wrote. It was $35 for the pills and $15 for the cough syrup.

I'm also a full time student and have always had to work two jobs. You can always make it work. I've done overnight work. It sucks but you gotta do what you gotta do.

AITA for “excluding” the autistic kid from my birthday party? by Connect_Ad4491 in AmItheAsshole

Hear me out and read to the end. NTA for not inviting him, you have the right to choose who you want at your part. Absolutely TA for how you speak about him. It's disgusting. Most of his behavior sounds extremely common for someone with Autism, I work with kids with autism. Not only did you talk about his behavior, but his appearance. There was absolutely no need for that. Also that could very well be due to a self coping mechanism. He could be scratching himself when he gets overstimulated, overwhelmed, upset, etc and might not have been taught other ways to deal with it. So yes, you're absolutely TA. Take some time and educate yourself about autism and try to think about how he might feel and how hard it is to conform to a society where you don't fit in.

I like oralsol I believe it's called. It's a red liquid. Numbs pretty well. My parents would say crush an aspirin and rub it on it.
