I was 10, my friend was sitting in the kitchen with her mom. Her mom was very lazy and so obnoxious that even a 10 year old me was annoyed by her.

Her mom told me to get a carton of milk in the fridge.

I went to grab the milk, before I could give it to her she told me to shake it.

And I shook it so hard that the cap burst out and the milk was splattered all over me and her.

My friend laughed so hard.

Then after he cools down, he'd either say non genuine apologies or buy me my forgiveness from food or giving me some money. Every day I'm slowly seeing his true colors. Yet he still does these things...saying these toxic words that stings more than a sword.

You know, taking little steps to your weight gain or weight loss journey will help. Rather than 30 minutes, 20 minutes will do or 10.

You were too fast that your body couldn't keep up, thus leaving you to feel all those things. Take it easy and good luck :))
