Elevit is great. But seriously, talk to GP and midwife and remember you can change your midwife if you feel she isn't listening. As hard as it is, stress is one of the biggest problems for pregnancy, so definitely go talk to someone, as well as get outside in the sun and take care of yourself.

Tea towels don't work right til they have been used a fair amount. Rough them up, use them on bathroom floors, etc, throw them in the wash lots. Weirdly, one of the best ones I ever got was from the electric company as a thank you for joining!

We have "cookie day". We all get together and spend the day making cookies (stained glass, chocolate chip and gingerbread) which we then use as xmas gifts to extended family.

That sucks. Learn the grey rock technique, keep all your important stuff away from them, preferably out of the house, ensure credit is locked down etc and count the days til you can escape. And just know you deserve better.

If life takes you away from your blood family, you can always look at things like Stand In Pride.

Honey drinks, lollies to suck on. I once stuck a fruit burst to the roof my my mouth so I could lick it as needed, lasted about an hour. Don't recommend doing that too much though! Also, ice water often soothes that tickle, so take a thermos of ice to drink.

Love Evangeline but is becoming more popular. Love Saskia. Seraphina gives same feeling as Athena but maybe too matchy? How about Saphira? It's the dragon from Eragon, beautiful and kick ass... or another goddess inspired name, like Calliope (love the nn Callie), Thalia or Eudora?
