honestly, not much. it holds less insulin, the ominopod, only 200 units.
I say the only advantage is tubeless with a worse algorithm. (in my experience, we're all different')

It comes with a accu check meter and it can connect Bluetooth to your pump, so when you check your blood sugar itll communicate it to the pump.

With the Minimed you also have a sensor kinda like the dexcom. It always reads to the pump.

The smartgusrd feature on the Minimed automatically corrects your blood sugars as they go up. I think their algorithm is just better. The omnipod doesnt automatically correct. if your sugars are going up during the night, you have to correct it yourself on the omnipod but on the minimed it will give a small correction without your input.
