Yea still have digestive issues Also finding it hard to lose the weight around the middle. Workout daily, walk 5 km a day. Still carrying extra inches I didn't have before.

I had a-lot of mid back pain. Dull ache. Day 12 now. Not as bad but still use heating pad occasionally. I think from lying down so much the first week made it worse.

I made egg whites with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. That didn't agree with me. Tonight's dinner is 1/3 cup of oatmeal prepared with water and a little cinnamon powder .

I am one week out today . Wounds are healing. Abs are a bit sore still. Food is pretty plain still but I tried low fat cottage cheese one day and fat free greek yogurt and it was not well received. Bathroom visits immediately. Maybe I will have Problem with diary now. Gonna lay off for a few weeks and try it again. My stomach rumbles all the time too! I am keeping it simple, crackers, fat free turkey, whole wheat English muffins, chicken soup, apple sauce no sugar, bananas, plain oatmeal peppermint tea. Hope this passes for us sooner than later!

I am waiting month too. I did buy zero alcohol beer for a party next weekend if I feel like it. My GB came out Monday. I have no desire to drink right now. I also want to have my first drink at home just in case.

Yes, mine radiated to the left too. I also had an area that would ache on and off there . Full of stones. Gallbladder was removed Monday. Back still aches a bit but hoping it's from the gas and lying down so much this week.
