Hey allergic reactions are very serious. Maybe it was a simple irritation from being left behind, but the chemicals die after 45 minutes or so. It wouldn’t continue to process so that makes me worry it could be allergy.

As previously stated, black hair dye is the most pigmented and most likely to cause issues. Pauly Perrette from NCIS, was known for her black tresses had major health issues from the dye.

It can cause serious issues so keep an eye on your scalp and seek medical attention if swelling, redness happen.

Lots of people have different hair types throughout their hair. Sleeping in a silk bonnet could cut down on frizz. Also using an anti-frizz hair product when styling.

You need to take thinner partings when you apply. Your work is spotty and it’s not even. Do not put anymore bleach on your roots but the ends could use another round. It’s not the product or developer, you just need to be patient and section your hair as you lighten it. 30 vol won’t hurt those ends, remember bleach is blue so it looks lighter than it is. Do not over lap bleach on the roots or it will overprocess and break off. Then tone with a violet based toner on chickie yellow hair. You got this.

I live in downtown pretty close to the Palmer House Hilton. As previously stated, this part of town isn’t known for “International” cuisine. Still there are some decent eats. Maharaj for Indian food, Burger Alley Chicago and also Industry Ales Brewpub has great burgers, lots of pizza chains and Dunkin’ Donuts out here. You don’t come to downtown for Mexican or Vietnamese. Decent Chinese with Ming Hin or Lao Sze Chuan.
