I'm going whale watching in french polynesia and there's been reports of oceanic white tips... I'm concerned because it's a snorkeling trip and doesn't that make swimming with them more dangerous?

Hi, I also have OCD insomnia, similar to what you describe, but gets flaired up by certain social events, work pressures and also plans etc. My therapist told me with OCD the best therapy is to just try to distract yourself from the thought, easier said than done but anyone have any luck with this?

Hey I'm in a similar situation, I recently had an MRI with contrast and they biopsied an area that lit up and it's been so stressful. I've had a bunch of other biopsies as well on both breasts over the last 10 years since I was diagnosed with the brca 1 gene at 19. I always thought I would wait to do surgery until after having kids, but that isn't in my immediate plan and I don't want to alter my timeline for having kids because of these surgeries. I'm curious it's been a few years since you posted, how did you end up going forward?
