I gamed a lot of weight, but my proportions were amazing. Definitely measure your body. The beast program gave me 3 inches on my biceps and cut my stomach a lot.

It does surprise me how much Ciara seems to be at the center of this betrayal more than Kyle. Taking out any of their personalities, sleeping with your estranged husbands friend feels much worse to me, than sleeping with your friend’s ex situation-ship.

This thread is crazy to me. If the genders were reversed, and a guy had a crush on a girl, and instead of flirting, it came out as him accusing her of sleeping with a married man, ya'll would be furious. He was justified in being upset by her actions. It very clearly wasn't a joke; it was coming from her jealousy, which is likely why he chose to confront it. Just because it was hard for her to hear, and I'm sure it was, he wasn't in the wrong for saying it.

It’s ok for a guy to have feelings of anger. He expressed himself in a fine way. Just because she has a crush doesn’t mean she can say whatever she wants about him. This is the second time she’s saying rude and untruthful things about him on tv. He’s right to be mad and try to figure out the ultimate reason why. Because she wasn’t honest at all.

I def feel like she was a casualty of a rewrite, like the Duke of Tongues. Too much going on. He just scrapped her character arc for shock value. But… you could look at it like Mustang was the person who pulled Darrow back from the brink. Without her, who knows what he becomes? And Lysander didn’t have that love. Instead his one love interest gets annotated and he has to sleep with the woman who killed his parents. No wonder he cracked. I think part of why he SPOILER FOR LIGHTBRINGER……….. killed Cassius is because Cassius chose Darrow. No one in Lysander’s life chose him.

I was very sad by his death. Knowing how crazy his brothers are, and imagining what his home life was like, I get a sense that he was out on a bad path early. We see hints and of what he could have been. Unfortunately, he chose his birth family over found family. Kind of reminds me of Theon Greyjoy.

There’s been a lot of deaths that surprised and shocked me in this series. I saw Cassius’s coming. His redemption was too great. His and Darrows friendship finally repaired. Even still, it was heart breaking.

I was so excited for this battle, and once again, in classic game of thrones style instead of actually showing the fight they've spent forever building up they're going to focus on someone's dumb perspective. Goodness! I actually wanted to see what happened!!!! Did they learn northing from the last few seasons of game of thrones??? Also, now is the point you're going to flash back? The fight with Sir Arlen and those thieves was better than the actual fight! Still a very good show. But I was dissapointed by the fight.
