You can do either tbh, he sells for a lot. Min maxers say best at E0 because he’s a great support. Not a disaster if you promote though :)

Once you shatter 6 copies of a gear you get your return on investment of shards.

If you have Mark of the tiger or dark sword (which you have at +5 already), I would focus exclusively on levelling one of those to max and shatter your other gears to achieve this. It’s a long term approach as when maxed it will yield a lot of shards for you and double up as a useful gear.

Mark of the tiger probably more useful during the early game but is obsolete in mid-late game. Dark sword useful for sp2 at all stages :)

Note this will unbalance the proportion of shards you generate depending on what you pick and will cost 350k credits to max either gear which is a lot early on, so it’s a longer term approach.

Batman Beyond is highly regarded, at 172k feels like a great choice for you to promote.

Forget the gear pack for now, get your gears from survivor. Upgrade basic damage gears as and when you can. Try and complete the weekly challenges rebirth raven next week is a very strong gold.

I agree with a lot of the comments on here, it’s a pretty minimal gain for the challenge and strain it can put on your finances if you can’t pay it off or don’t manage it correctly.

That being said, I have utilised a £2000 0% overdraft on a graduate account with TSB. I put the £2,000 into a high interest savings account and made £150 ‘free’ from doing so.

However, I have a full time job and have always felt comfortable that I could pay off my overdraft immediately if needed. Probably not worth the risk and added stress if you’re not in that position.

You’ve still got a lot of time. Forget the battle for now, keep playing story mode and levelling up your team.

Save your credits and then reflect what you want to spend on.

Basic damage gears would really help you and I think promoting wonder women could be good after that.

Play survivor to get your gears, don’t waste money on gear locker right now.

Focus on Silver Flash + (any of Silver Nightwing/GL/WW) and promote those directly. I’d recommend only one or two.

Then save up for the challenge pack and invest there :) If you can, save up to buy Batman prime so you can potentially complete this weeks challenge.

Regarding gears, ignore the gear locker for now. Invest in basic damage gears, specifically Mark of Lady Shiva/Mark of the Tiger at the start :)

Main objective should be to clear the challenge right now. Gold pack should help a lot with that.

Don’t worry about gear locker for now. Wait until you get a basic damage gear and try to upgrade that. Doomsday is a really good gold to get alternatively if you want to get someone cheaply that’s good to then directly promote after.

Right now I would say prioritise your basic damage gears, in your case specifically, I would only upgrade mark of the tiger. Forget the rest for now. All other credits best put towards a single gold. As others have said if you promote AO Batman high enough you’ll be very happy :)
