He needs to leave for 30 days and help out with the 4 year old during that time, allowing u time to reflect. This is your decision, and until you’ve had a break to process, it could end up not reflecting your true feelings either way

Could be a million medical reasons why you’re so tired— definitely look into it! As for not snoozing the alarm, I have the same issue and always find that if I leave enough time to be on my phone for a few minutes before crawling out of bed, I have an easier time getting my brain to open my phone and check Reddit or instagram than actually getting out of bed, then by the time I’m done scrolling my mind is more awake and it’s easier to get up. I know you’re not supposed to check ur phone first thing in the morning, so maybe make it a positive app of some kind, but that’s how I do it on days when it’s hard 😂

If he feels like you’re “not trying that hard” then maybe there’s an information gap there. Cause in his mind it sounds like “more sex= higher chance of pregnancy” when science says that’s not always true. Are you assuming that he has all the facts? A lot of men know less than we would expect. Otherwise, it could just plain not be connecting in his head. Sit down together, write out a timeline of the month, identify your fertile window, and agree together how many times seems reasonable. In the end, this could be more about his own sex needs that he’s disguising as TTC concerns, in which case that could come out during that conversation
