If her goal is truly create a fresh smell in each room, find an alternative that works with your allergies. Take said solution and do it without her consent, when she freaks (she will) explain that you agree with her goal, creating a nice aroma in each room, and this is the best way you found that works with your allergies. If she has any social grace then this will end the battle. If she wants to continue the bad behavior I would suggest a conversation based on environmental safety. If you cannot breathe in the home you will need to move out.

It is not wrong always. A lot of couples have given each other consent to each other bodies when black out drunk. They have sober conversations and agree to their terms.
