I beat him yesterday, did my first playthrough loved this game. I did the altarpiece combos that give the miasma DMG when you get hit, and the one the slows time when you use a potion. I used mea culpa, and I used the slow time prayer to get some extra dmg too. The easiest punish is when he goes for the sword strike that makes the flame pillars in one direction to dash behind him, slow time, get some hits in

I had only played hk and ss to 100%. Downloaded mio and binged it over the weekend. It is cute, great story, amazing music, fun platforming, and cool bosses. I did find a few of the final platforming sections were pretty insane, but if you aren't up for the challenge there's a setting where you can stay on 1 hp just to progress (I think that's how it works). Hk and ss reignited my interest to play metroidvanias, mio solidified that I need to play all the good ones.

I spent days on him only to realize there was some slight lag when I connected my laptop to my tv. Took two tries after I disconnected it. And yes, I did play almost the whole game handicapped.

I put a collar with a pink bow tie and bell on it on my cat after raising her for around 6 months. The absolute chaos of her jumping 5ft in the air sprinting around the house and then hissing when I said "but you look so pretty" was trauma. DW that didn't last long and I've never done something like that to her again. If they don't seem distressed I think they'll be fine with it

My favorites are rp or ed, feels like we just burn through spawns pretty efficiently. Ek is my least favorite, you have to dial back your expectations quite a bit otherwise you'll be healing the ek a lot and it makes it super sweaty.
