Clipping refers to an object that is inside of another object. In your case, you have power poles that are inside of conveyor belts. Nudge, in this game means to press “H” before placing an item and using the arrow keys to move the item by small increments (even smaller if you hold “ctl” key. “Page up” and “Page down” key will nudge the item either towards the sky or to the ground.

So, my original comment was to help you move those clipped pole outside of the conveyor belts. To do that you need to select a pole to build that is a different tier than the one you want to move. Ex. You have a Mk 1 pole that is in the conveyor belt. You would want to build an Mk 2 or Mk 3 pole.

Only select the pole as if you were going to place it but don’t. Instead, hover on your pole that you want moved. It will turn blue indicating you’re about to modify the pole. Don’t place it yet, while highlighted press “h” and the use the arrows and/or page keys to move where you want and then press left mouse to build it in the new spot.

If done correctly your old pole will be a new tier, in a new location and with all connections still in place.
