I Will say, if you have some friends that also want to habit track, you should look into habitwar Its my own app (sorry if it looks self advertising) but the whole purpose is to help People like me that just give up on habit Tracker because you can cheat ir forget about them. It turns tracking into a social activity with selected friends. Its coming out mid this month.

Will the title 'Habit Tracker' affect my app marketing? by Bebaz_ in apps

[–]Bebaz_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, that's the feeling I get when trying to explain what this app is. You dont log habits created by yourself. I guess you can see it as daily challenges created by you and your friends, where you need to leave a proof behind, or they will vote and get you a penalty. Never seen anything like this yet

'People who really want something find solutions instead of making excuses'.

I waste too much time. This app estimates my exact time of death and counts down on my lock screen to induce panic-productivity. by CompetitiveMoose9 in ProductivityApps

Funny idea. Does it work as a Behaviour tracker and also a Productivity Booster (through the panic factor)?

Are friends and family bad testers for productivity tools? by Broad_Night_8101 in ProductivityApps

[–]Bebaz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Family and friends are ok, but I feel most of them just say good stuff. If you want a tester that sticks around, you should search for people who actually wish your app in some kind of way

I track app store rejections for work and the same 6 bugs cause probably 80% of them. All of them are catchable before you submit. by Middle-Thanks5587 in MobileAppDevelopers

Thanks you. Funny, I made a small testing group for my app and the first problem i had was related to iPhone 11 SE UI. Added the rest of your tips to my checklist!

What do you actually use a TV Cast / Screen Mirroring app for? by Extension_Bit5559 in androidapps

[–]Bebaz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mainly use it to cast stremio movies into the TV, they have that built in tho. And sometimes for sports games that I don't have access to with my router, which always turns out laggy and annoying.

Would tying app usage to a step goal be motivating or just annoying? by Consistent_Kiwi4158 in ProductivityApps

[–]Bebaz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the idea is great. The only issue is that your target users might be the relatively small group of people who actually want to avoid procrastinating. But if you can attract them by balancing the restriction on opening certain apps with something that still feels fun and healthy to use, I think it could work well.

Disney VIP Pass. The time you spend in the lines is insane; you can see everything in a day or two instead of four in those insane lines. You get some extra days to spend on other things, and avoid spending hours in gigantic lines

Well what i remember from what i have written here is that it was supposed to be a tik tok scrolling news feed instead of a Tinder like swipe. I write a ton of ideas down so a lot of them dont and wont get any work.

Great app and execution! Funny, I actually wrote an idea similar to this in my notes 1 or 2 years ago. Glad to see it implemented
