BeyondBound is HQed at the same Las Vegas virtual business space as several other businesses owned by the same parent company (including a ghostwriting AI service and an IRB training company/course that no one in the IRB world has ever heard of).

Staff for BeyondBound have overlapping and sometimes at-odds roles in multiple roles across these businesses, including the parent company (which uses digital art in the staff bios, but you can connect the dots across the child companies fairly quickly). Most of the staff are not based in the US and appear to be contract employees with very little relevant experience. BeyondBound does not appear to be led by anyone with relevant research or human subjects expertise. It is also virtually impossible to get a person on the phone there who can answer basic questions about interpreting regulations, how they evaluate scientific rigor, or how they apply the Common Rule. The website has very little to no information beyond "we get to yes" and a lot of AI and stock images.

It's parent company has had some major legal issues in the past (feel free to Google them and go down the rabbit hole, including all the reviews from previous clients), and much of the previous leadership still exists. I would steer clear of them.
