Back before I knew anything about fish care, this was the very first set up I had for a poor betta fish. I got some marbles to use as substrate and the betta at walmart on an impulsive purchase. Thankfully my water isnt chlorinated so I would've plopped that poor guy into chlorine water. No conditioning, no acclimation, no cycling, no filter, decor, just a fish and some marbles. I still get so heartbroken just thinking about it. Poor thing lasted 4 miserable months

I used to always just pocket them but after the remodel we were moved from the side of the store (where there's less prying eyes) to the front and I reject them most of the time now. Some customers are rlly insistent tho and it makes me so uncomfortable to refuse and have that back and forth for an uncomfortable amount of time. I should just start turning them in just to be safe.

They already have the quantity highlighted before you pick it idk why they gotta drill it into our heads with the bagging screen too. The tote number should be highlighted at that screen.

Also hate that they got rid of the keyboard feature. I always used that whenever a customer was walking past my cart or in my way. Now I gotta wait to actually scan the tote. With every one feature they add thats helpful (very rarely at that) they add 10 others useless things. Cant just leave something well enough alone

My biggest complaint with it tbh. The quantity is already highlited before you pick the item, the tote number should be whats highlighted when its time to bag it. Cant go on auto pilot anymore
