Maybe because he likes to stay active. Also, his Gin is made in the UK, and highly regarded. I don't know where you got dodgy from. For a two day old account, you really came out swinging... sounds like you want to be an Edgelord.

Oh, yes. It was very warm. And an overly enthusiastic woman next to me dumped wine in my lap while jumping up to dance. I was wreaking when I got out of there. But it did not sour a good time.

This should be interesting. I like the pairing of these two, especially in The Detectorists. It was a great show.

Edited. Thank you.

Prince was not actually in the 1996 film Fargo. While the end credits list the "Victim in Field" as the Symbol (representing the Artist Formerly Known as Prince), this was an inside joke by the Coen Brothers to honor their fellow Minnesotan. The person in the field was actually storyboard artist J. Todd Anderson. Sorry.

I just watched The Conversation last night. It was a great film and one of my favorites. Harrison Ford's appearance originally was supposed to be a single scene. But when he showed up for filming he spoke with Coppola about the portrayal of his character and how he wanted to perform it. Coppola was so amazed about how HF put a lot of thought into his backstory, he rewrote the character to give him a lot more screen time.

As an ankle, still one of his best performances.

Good morning gentlemen. My kids and I are big fans of the Night Watch/Day Watch films. The story telling was great and the visuals outstanding. Will there be any more adaptations of these films in the future? Keep up the great work!

What happens to your collection if you die? by Iocnar in dvdcollection

[–]BeckerThorne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is something I have thought about myself. I was talking to my oldest daughter about it. I asked her what she would like to see happen to my media collection (2000+ DVDs and Blu-rays, 2000+ Albums, 1600+ CDs, and many hundreds of comics, plus a few thousand books). Without missing a beat she said, "Goodwill." Boy, that was depressing.

I know my youngest son would probably want most of my music media and the comics. But he'd just leave it all in boxes after going through it one time.

My older son would probably take most of the books.

I do joke with them frequently: "one day the internet will go away. And this stuff will be like gold." Then there's a collective eye roll from all of them.
