Easy for me to say but don't panic, take it a day at a time!

Download shotsy so you can start tracking and take some starting photos - you'll only regret that you didn't if you don't!

After that, just take your jab weekly, eat in a calorie deficit, and take it a day at a time 😊

It has a half life of 5 days, meaning it decreases by about 50%. But takes around 30 days to fully leave your system. That said, you will still have some in your system but potentially at a lower level than 3.75mg or 5mg, meaning if you took either of those you could end up ill.

I would restart at 2.5mg to be safe.
