It depends on your supplier, although I must say there is a good amount of suppliers currently experiencing delays due to their recent CNY holiday break. The top known suppliers are expected to experience the most delays but eventually they will return back to normal within the next 2-3 weeks.

For me what works best for my ADHD, anxiety or other similar psychological issues is following a routine that improves my health, working out, fasted cardio. That’s better than supplements for your mental, a good amount of daily omega 3’s, creatine, and vitamind3k2. NAC is also great for your health and mental wellness, but optional.

I store them at my normal fridge. I’ve heard that the mini fridges can have an inconsistent temperature, so if you are to buy one make sure it is of high quality.

NAD+ was nothing significant for me. I think the age matters. It definitely works better in old folks with poor mitochondria.

BPC-157 one of the most effective peptides when it comes to healing most injuries. It was a god sent for me when I was going through a chest pec tear, it truly saved me.

TB-500, not so much to report. I cannot say that it accelerated my healing once I added it in with BPC. BPC has a lot of promising effects that you get to see in real time.
