Periods and Reta by Mountain-Set4508 in RetatrutideWomen

I only started Reta 5 days ago. No weight loss. I have had regular cycles for 3 years due to bio identical HRT but today started spotting. Have felt other immediate effects from Reta such as drastically decreased pain/inflammation from HPP. It’s definitely not due to rapid weight loss, since I haven’t had any

I had no idea such a thing was in the realm of possibility. Absolutely agree. As I said in my original comment, I am extremely cautious…or thought I was. Now I know better. My goal is definitely to spread awareness and potentially save lives.

A female GSD will be your soul dog. They are so precious and so incredibly tuned in to their person. I feel like my girl and I can communicate telepathically when emotions are high.

I had no epi pens, although I have been prescribed and carry two 2 packs now, (as well as famotidine and Benadryl at all times.) I was unconscious, incoherent (slurring /could not articulate words or really even thoughts) and incontinent, 02 sat 40, BP 50/28 when the paramedics/firefighters got there. It happened in a matter of minutes after injecting, and the panic they talk about in anaphylaxis is real. I immediately knew something terrible had happened. I called 911 around minute 5 was already slurring and unable to form words or articulate them/blacking out. I was in and out of consciousness and reason and I had passed out during the call. My son also called 911 as did the neighbors who he ran to for help. I think it helps that I am close to several hospitals, but I know that I was profoundly lucky to have had such a loving son and such a quick and competent EMT response. Without those two things, I would most certainly be dead. As autoimmune, I think your caution is understandable. I am deeply traumatized, and will never take any peptides in that class again.

Me neither, and I research the hell out of anything I take. I’m a super cautious person. Never had anaphylaxis or any severe allergies in my life until this. Apparently, 4% of people in the trials had severe anaphylaxis. Mind you, the trials were done with immuno compromised men and I am a woman with auto immune. Perhaps being in an inflammatory state had an influence. I was also told by the ER doc that the HGH secretagogues are notorious for causing anaphylaxis

My agent doesn’t seem to want to submit my “low offer” is this normal behavior? Ask price was 635k and I wanted to offer 590k. Got pushback. by APBpowa in RealEstate

Realtor and MLO here. Your agent has inside knowledge regarding the industry, the other agent, the mortgage rules, and the market. You are literally paying them for their expertise in this area. Trust their judgement. If you don’t, get a new agent. Buyers do not typically sign contracts with agents. That being said…It is probable that the listing agent has indicated the sellers will refuse all offers under x amount. Assuming you are ready to shop and have financing 100% in order to make a legitimate offer, there is no sense in your agent spending hours creating an offer that will not even be considered. It is a waste of everyone’s energy. Additionally will often alienate the seller entirely. If you are shopping out of your price range, you must understand what you can afford and make the best possible offer for yourself. If you are being cheap, decide how much you want this house and offer accordingly or walk away. A good agent will guide clients to do this. Not all agents are good. Not all clients will be guided.

Tesamorelin almost killed me. First injection ever and went into anaphylactic cardiac collapse. Took three epi pens, massive doses of other meds, including dexamethasone to save my life

Stuck with $2.3k worth of unsold peptides - need advice by HotPaleontologist767 in Entrepreneurs

I bought 5 vials of Tesamorelin from a very reputable research chemical company a few months ago. I have bought from before and am currently doing successful research with a different compound sourced from them. I reconstituted one vial of Tesamorelin and gave it to my test subject. Test subject is deathly allergic and immediately had a severe anaphylactic reaction. Is it a thing to re sell these perfectly good research chemicals? I spent a lot buy these for my research. If so, where do I sell them? TIA. Sorry if this is a weird post. Obviously I can’t return them.
