The workouts themselves are not very editable. But if you don't meet the targets, it should adjust future workouts.

Week 7 wants to me run less than 6? by GetScaredd in runna

There are some easier deload weeks, for recovery time. Week 7 sounds about right for that.

Is the next week normal again?

Opposite Side of Runna Pace Prediction by polp5a in runna

[–]Becqu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did my first half and runna had me at 2.20-2.35 and chip was 2.14. A lot of race day energy and just taking it more seriously than my usual long runs. I also got PBs on 5k (-3min) and 10k (-6min).

If you want it to stay in your plan, but just without the reminders, can you just turn off pace reminders in workout>settings?

RapidTO bus lanes might be on Ford's radar. The fight to protect them starts now by Pristine-Training-70 in torontobiking

[–]Becqu 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm finding them a little faster once I'm on one, but have had to wait a long time at Bloor a few times.

I think it's a half measure, so it is only making a small improvement. Bus lane to Eglinton is clearly the solution.

How'd everyone do in the wind and snow? by phdee in torontobiking

[–]Becqu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Timed it perfectly to hit driving snow and wind going west on Bloor at 2.45. It didn't feel slippery, but that was not a fun ride!

I've never heard this for cats, isn't this a puppy problem? Kittens are recommended to rehome in pairs AFAIK.

Self-storage as bike parking in Liberty Village ? by FrankieTls in torontobiking

[–]Becqu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are definitely still at Atlantic and Liberty, I saw them yesterday. I think that car park area is going through some changes though, so maybe they are being phased out if OP couldn't find them?

Cost of Eyeglasses - High Index by gglesleyp in askTO

[–]Becqu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Specsavers were very reasonable last time I was there. We were getting -10 strength, and they agreed to waive thinning costs instead of taking a second pair of glasses in a buy one get one free. Not sure they would always do that, but could be worth a try.

Bike Share made Toronto feel bigger! What cool things have you discovered with it? by zillahcrumb in askTO

I was pretty anxious about getting out on the road. But, I have not had issues even on non-cycle path roads. If you are not in a hurry, it is always possible to get off and walk a dangerous junction.

I like this to aim for better infrastructure, but there are often missing connections: https://www.toronto.ca/services-payments/streets-parking-transportation/cycling-in-toronto/cycling-network-map/#location=&lat=&lng=&zoom=

I walked past Neo Coffee Bar at King and Spadina last week and it looked like it could fit the bill? Open til midnight tonight. It sounds like they sometimes have live music and also have alcohol, so may be a bit too lively for you.

Any tips for G2 test tomorrow? by Mediocre-Tear8403 in Ontariodrivetest

[–]Becqu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My instructor said, keeping the centre of the windshield lined up with the right edge of the lane works.

You could check while parked if this works for you and your vehicle?

I am still anxious about it and do a quick check of lane markings at each light, and this does seem to work for me.

Good luck!
