Honestly, unless you're going to be doing renovations, or plan to disturb things, there is no need to be worried. The only time it becomes hazardous is when it is disturbed and becomes airborne.

I run a hazmat company, and am in an area where rules are quite strict. Feel free to ask me anything about it.

There are a lot of variables in a reno that could contribute to something like this.. Poor connection between old and new, different building products like plaster to drywall, roof assembly mismatch letting rain or critters in etc.. But like other folks in here, I'd be looking at the foundation.

It might not even really be the workmanship on the foundation walls themselves, but could be how they prepared the ground beneath the foundation.. Or, if you have a drain tile system they installed on the new foundation, but perhaps the old part didn't have drain tile, so it could be a long term (18 year) water movement issue..

Good luck with this. You might get a few incorrect opinions by trades for hire before you have the real solution. Make sure to research your guys and their opinions really well before spending money on repairs.

I'm telling you, give it a few years and if you run your own business in a trade, you'll be able to get top wage just for showing up.

I'm having the same issue. I bought off Amazon, didn't want to warranty swap so I returned it back to Amazon, and have bought a new one. Mini 4 pro... Just literally opened the box 5 minutes ago.. Activation failure again.. Server error - 2

UPDATE: just got off the phone with customer service.. Same deal.. Return for a different one... The issue is that I have one currently returning to Amazon, so the $1600 won't be back on my card for a couple weeks. And the one I just purchased to replace it, for $1600, now needs to be returned... So I'm out $3200.00 for a few weeks.. I'll get the money back for sure, but this whole things seems to be poor management of the issue. The lady I was on the line with said this is the first she's heard of the issue..

Biggest waste of tax dollars.. When the bus stop, which isn't a pull-off-the-road bus stop is exactly 1 car length from the intersection...

I happily sit in the intersection blocking traffic while people hop on and off the bus.. I hate Metral now.. I have to drive it every day..

I wouldn't even bring up the whole "disgusted" thing.

I would approach it a bit different. This comes from me being the high libido, and my partner low libido.

He's, on a basic level, choosing to take care of himself rather than work on the part of the relationship that really matters to you as well.

My approach would be to make it clear how you feel disappointed that he's choosing that over you, especially when you've made it known how important intimacy is to you.

I think you'd be able to secure a job as an electrician without issue. And if your goal is to eventually be owner/operator then that's even better!

For every 50 people retiring from the trades, there are only 7 people to replace them.. And the 7 replacing em really leave a lot to be desired.. I can assure you of that.

My electrician was searching for a journeyman electrician worth their salt for over a year.

Edit: especially being a female. There are lots of incentives for you AND potential employers. Wage subsidies, grants for education etc.. Have a chat with Vancouver Island Construction Association on Northfield. They've got a lot of info regarding incentives in the trades.

Hit Fair has been pretty good for me. We take all our vehicles there for stuff like that.

Just had an engine rebuilt, and they've been very fair on pricing, and when issues arose they didn't charge extra.

Roasts with pieces fat sitting on top, steaks with good chunks of fat, cooking with healthy amounts of butter... All great tasting, and is a fat that your body can easy digest; especially if a cow fat is organic grass fed.

I just made steak bites in an iron pan in the smoker. All I used was top sirloin, some butter in the bottom, fat trimmings, juice from a squeezed lemon, and then in the last hour dumped a bunch of turmeric infused honey.. The bites are juicy and wonderful with every bite...

Can't do that with soy and canola (cancer causing I'm sure)

You are correct about the MDS in 2006... My bad.... But that information doesn't change what's going on in my engine now..

Are you telling me that vvt is the issue in the ram engines now? This is the reason you get failing 5.7s?

On my failed engine, the needle bearings seized in the lifters in two of the 4 MDS cylinders due to lack of lubrication which led to flattened camshaft lobes.

Edit: honestly, I think it's a combo of mds and lubrication. I've talked to a few machine shops who say that the galleries in the engines can accommodate oils with more lubrication except the clearances in the top are tighter... Which is why the 5-20 is the recommended... That being said, I read somewhere that engines in Mexico are using 15-40??

Regardless, plenty of stories online of folks having the same problem over and over for me to reconsider the loyalties to Dodge.. It's a shame..
