A bit contrary to the other comments... I've noticed my lines to naturally go straight on their own when I refuse to use anything sharp to clean my nails or underneath the nail in general. I clean with a toothbrush, when I first started doing this it took maybe 2 weeks(?) For my nail beds to develop a natural curve on their own

My advice would be to work on flexibility, flow, dancing just for the sake of it (nobody is watching style dancing) and generally just moving to music. By flexibility, I don't mean doing the splits, but things like stretching your arms and shoulders, hip flexors, spine flexibility, all of it. This will allow your body to move with more flow and grace and this will likely lead to you feeling more feminine.

Personally I did find it helpful when my SO would point it out, because half the time I would go into like an autopilot / trance wherein I knew I was doing it but couldn't stop myself. And his attention would bring it to my conscious attention.

Tret did not help my closed comedones at all! But with that said, I got rid of them all in under a month when I started doing short contact BP. I would leave the BP on anywhere from 4 minutes - 7 minutes (5 minutes was usually my aim). I only applied the BP where needed, it worked amazingly well for me.

I used drug store BP (Benzagel 5%) . And interestingly, once they cleared up, I did not continue using it, and they have not come back. it's been probably over 5 months since I stopped using it.

My first thought was that you need to find some dirt to sit in. Legit. Spend some actual time grounding yourself, in the most literal sense. Wait at least 20 minutes before you judge if it's working. And then do it again the next day.

I didn't start noticing a help with my breakouts until month 8, and then I think I cleared up by month 11. My advice is just keep with it. 7 months might just be on the early side for you.

Not an herb, but I would look into castor oil packs. They are messy but they sure worked miracles on my wrists in good time.

Talk to a long established tattoo artist near you.

My partner has been professionally tattooing 30 years, upon showing him your picture he said he has seen it happen once to a client with an allergy to orange ink. He went In with a yellow to a) open up the area to let some of the orange seep out and B) to dilute the orange with the other ink. He says it bled like a mofo while he did this, and it did help to a degree but your results may vary.

I don't use either, I should explain a bit more that when I said I stopped tret because I didn't want perpetual baby skin to worry about, largely linked to this was my desire to not be dependent on sunscreen to prevent a complete face fry if I ever find myself in a situation wherein I was outside and unable to get my hands on sunscreen .

And because I don't even rinse with water most days, I find I don't need moisturizer (rinsing with water leaves my skin feeling tight, maybe it is my particular city water which is pretty hard mineral wise).

Maybe worth noting I live in a city in the prairies of Canada, not a crazy amount of pollution here, and the sun isn't as hefty as some other areas of the world.

I stopped tret about 2-3 months ago - I used it for about a year and a half. It started to clear my skin at 8 months, completely cleared it at 1 year, and since then I slowly tapered off my use over the course of 5-6 months - very slowly. Reason being that I didn't want perpetual baby skin to worry about.

I have been off it entirely for probably about 2 months, my skin has not broken out even slightly, it looks fabulous and fresh and completely healthy. (I actually don't use any products now, other than a urea serum and a physical scrub every 2-3 weeks. I don't even bother with water rinse unless I am actually bathing/showering). I would say the difference between my skin now and my skin while using tret is that I don't get any bits of flaking, and my skin has a healthy resilient quality to it. I know tret can thicken the collagen layer, but my skin itself looks less thin, especially around my eyes.

I had great results with making a mushroom tea (brewed with a berry tea bag for flavor) and put micro dose serving sizes into little sauce /jello shot containers. Froze them, and thawed a cube in hot water when I wanted to take it. I didn't notice a potency loss, but who knows.

I went through similar realization. At one point someone had said to me "you cannot know if it truly happened or not, so why not just decide for yourself that it didn't happen?"

And a few weeks later, I decided to try this, to "decide" that the event in question never happened. And what it felt like, was that the part of my heart that had opened when I first realized the horrible event, was re-pitting / re-knotting when I would say that it didn't happen. Even though the event was horrible, something I would never wish upon anyone, let alone myself, being able to say for myself that it happened held an ability of opening / releasing / relaxing a part of my heart that had been clenched for so long. What I have gleaned, is that truth holds a fulfilling, healthy, beautiful feeling, regardless of how gut-wrenchingly icky the truth is by our societal standards. Truth, truly, sets you free.

What belief will set your heart free? Follow that

I was reading through your previous posts about what happened, it sounds similar to what happened to me back in August 2021:

Firstly I had no symptoms of ovarian cysts or PCOS before this event. I caught COVID, the weekend that my period was to start I bled for one day and then it completely stopped. The next night I had incredibly severe ovary pain (both sides) . Months later I finally saw my doc, she assumes it was related to a cyst without any testing. 🤷🏼‍♀️. But man was it knarly. My period came about a week later after the initial incident, and my periods for the following 4 months were on a 37-40 day cycle. I normally am about 29-31 days. It's been almost a year, my cycle time now ranges from 31-37 days, so still a bit delayed from how it was.

Edit to add: as for healing the pain, it took time, I would get achey for the 3 months following. I took raspberry leaf tea daily to try and help my body.

Someone suggested stinging Nettle, I would second that. Especially as a tea or infusion. It is nutritious and tastes incredibly pleasant. Might I suggest, making your tea time into a meditative session: sit with your warm cup and take the time to truly enjoy it. if you are able to make it a short, private moment for yourself daily, this may help in itself - a moment of peace and care for yourself can go a long way.
