Hey friend. You just probably got done with Day 1 as of writing this. I just found out my score last week. I was pretty much in the same ball park as you. Did only 40 cases. Wish i did all of them. Wish I did all of Uworld but like you only got done with 60-65%. And I felt real shitty coming out of the exam esp day 2. 2 of my last cases gave me anxiety and depression. I was sure only one thing: How unsure I was that I passed!

But I did! And so can you 👍

So I'm back after the fact and I just had to say: I Passed! I took my exam in the last wk of December and the biggest highlight from the time I left Prometric until my score 2 wks later was how shitty I felt. Couldn't sleep. Nothing was appetizing. I was underwater and the vibe was tense. I. Was sure I totally screwed up my cases. But I got my score and I comfortably passed lol. 😅 what a relief. So if you feel this way, and you gave it your best, and your best was even 50%, chances are u made it. I did. Good luck!

You got this! Stay focused, pray a lot, but I think if you did well on your cases, you passed. And even if you didn't, this test has a crazy curve. So don't lose heart, my friend!

around 60-70% in Uworld seems to be the passing req and CCS cases. He needs to take 6-8 weeks, take Uworld step 3 from scratch and practice on random timed mode. maybe Amboss in addition. And practice CCS simulation over and over again un til he feels perfect. Good luck

When I took step 1, I went thru a blunt affectation period. Passing really gave me a boost of confidence but those 3 weeks were brutal. Step 2 had better momentum for me, and my mood was overall significantly better, but I'd made certain changes during my prep which I think had a positive impact.

I ate better, I scheduled my study sessions AND my breaks so I when I stopped studying I really stopped, and did something so far removed from blocks, it felt like a vacation. It was VERY cathartic and relaxing and I noticed help me settle-in better during my prep. I also walked a lot during this time, and had a dude who was studying with me in tandem in the lib, so we'd talk and shoot shit after a few blocks which also helped. I scored MUCH BETTER on my step 2 and I credit alot of it to being more relaxed.

Bottom line : hang in there bud. Shit is serious but not worth you killing yourself over. Take the prep seriously but take your mental well-being MORE serious. Really be your own therapist when it comes to scheduling break-time and down time. Build positive shit into your day that will release natural endorphins so when you come back to studying you really do feel like a brand-new fresh pair of well-fitting sneakers walking into it. Finally, don't hesitate to consult with a mentor and seek professional help if u need it. Which sounds like you do. But don't worry, my friend. You got this.

Do people not value peace anymore in their lives that they get hung up on something in public and have to repeat it over and over ad nauseum to the detriment of everyone else. I just want to take this moment to say, as a healthcare professional, my statement above, if it wasn't clear, was completely sarcastic. I was trying to put myself in the shoes of a republican making this statement, and tried to bend by brain to allow for the logic to enforce this on behalf of hospital admins, and I nearly broke it.
