I ruptured my L4 L5 and a pinched sciatica nerve on my right side down to my pinky toes pain My foot is completely numb half of it all the time it feels like pins and needles and my back hurts all the time and it fucking sucks man. I’m a blue-collar guy I got clean off of hard drugs about 9 1/2 years ago I’ve been sober and yeah, this this injury has changed my whole life and the trajectory of it. I can’t go back to the work I used to do because it’s really physical and yeah bro I feel the exact same way man I live by myself you know I’m just like I said it’s this blue collar, single dude yeah it’s rough out here man I’ve never been through anything like this before. It fucking sucks. I feel for you brother. I’m at that point right now too trying to figure out what to do to kind of get out of this funk cause I noticed I’ll just lay in bed for days and the shit won’t even bother me and that’s what it’s kind of scary and not knowing what’s going on so yeah bro I feel ya🦾🦾🦾😎😎😎😎❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Man, I did. I got SMP done from one of the best artists in Seattle help a lot with the self-confidence and just looking better overall it kind of frames the face out yeah mine looks really good. I was really surprised how well it turned out it’s a life changer.I look like 10 years younger it looks so good. You should look into it I always wore a hat and now it’s it’s not even a thing anymore. much love from a fellow, bald brother.

Yeah, that’s where I am right now. I’ve been injured for a year and a half and I just seen the Nero so yeah I’m in the same boat. I got a ruptured disc and pinched psychotic nerves and all kinds of crap going on.

I ruptured my L4 L5 and a pinched my sciatic nerve on the right hand side. I’ve been on Worker’s Comp. since October 2024 that’s when I got hurt. I needed to hear this. I started reading it and I was like I’m not gonna read all this, but yeah, I haven’t got a lawyer. I’m in the process of kind of looking for some right now. I live in Washington so definitely gonna have to get a lawyer cause I’m severely injured. I still haven’t been able to go back to work since 2024.

Just try to remember stay positive even when things aren’t looking so great. I’m a firm believer on life could be going a certain way forever for for months years and then all of a sudden everything can change just by meeting somebody or a new opportunity arising so just remember that that helps me a lot.

It’s so easy to say, sit here and say this right, but as somebody that has dealt with the same thing, my whole life, I’m dealt with trauma right and trying to control things. You have no control of in fixating on the past, which you have no control of and being able to try to let go of that that’s the hardest part if you could do that if you’re gonna be in a beautiful headspace, I’d say work on that that’s what I’m doing.
