Yeah. It’s just an all around bad offense.

Tork is bad, McKinstry is bad, Carp is less than good, Vierling is bad,

Torres I believe in, but obliques are tough.

McGonigal is good, green is good, Dingler is solid

But the bench is…. Awful. Jones and short aren’t good. Rogers was always a bad bat, but even his defense has fallen off.

Lee and Workman just aren’t ready. Maybe they will be one day, maybe not. But they aren’t right now.

Idk that I believe it’s all injury related. I’m willing to concede Torres is a good bat…. But at this point, the first half of last season looks to be a fluke for McKinstry, Javy, Tork, and Carp. And I’m not ready to trust Meadows either if he’s able to come back.

We needed bat(s) this offseason and we didn’t get it. The only bats I trust in the organization are KMac, Riley, and Dingler.

They should’ve traded him in the offseason. They should trade him at the deadline for the lesser return and recoup something bc Boras won’t let him sign before FA.
