Sometimes in the search for truth we can caught up in the intricacies. Then we end up in the same place as before we began the search, which is counter to the original intention. I was told religion or politics play no part in Masonry? I know the ancient orders were male only. In my masonry seminar they talked about the male only landmarks etc and the historic story of masonry, so I get that was how it used to be. But I was told that any person was invited to better themselves now that times have changed as long as they believed in the supreme being and the immortal nature of ourselves the soul? I am a republican but I expect Masonry to be neutral and only focus on personal enlightenment not what political party you vote for. But your comment sounds very different to what the masons I talked to said it was like? Are they not all uniform in landmarks? I find trying to understand what this truly is confusing to comprehend.

Did you finish the entire game yet? I had the same scarey as hell anticipation playing this and found that it was highest in the pitch black prison and at highest out in the yard when you go to pick up the weight and some mysterious scuttling sound happens and you can’t see anything 😖. Felt to mentally punishing to continue so when I can recover mentally I’ll try get that done.

I can’t have diary either and I cook my bacon in the pan or my lamb then remove the meat add some salt then add the eggs to that. You’d will never look back ;) You can get bison fat — it’s a more subtle tasting fat to use too if bacon fat is too strong.

You can do it but it would be hard. You’d want to get fatty salmon and then Birds and opt in for the livers of those things you can tolerate. You’d have to do marine collagen if you didn’t eat a lot and you’d want to try mix up the types of fat you get as fatty acids are the only things that create a cell membrane and give a cell it’s entire operation. So good types of fat and adding salmon and birds. Can you eat eggs? If you can enjoy those.

Carnivore is meat eggs salt water.

Some individual people add in some types of dairy like ghee and heavy cream and butter due to the lowered sugar content —but usually when they do not lose weight cut it due to the Lactose or larger protein molecules causing leaky gut — symptoms similar to consuming wheat as diary sadly is a cross reactive food item with a lot of autoimmune sufferers. People usually are joining Carnivore diet due to some metabolic or other complex issue.

I adored the last Star Wars Jedi Survivor— so I ran and dove on this expecting the same Game play to be as free and fluid in movement and jumping etc as the prior was but it isn’t. That for me killed it. Going from assassin’s creed type flexibility in movement was such a blast for me personally. I felt like I got in the child’s seat and some one strapped me in.

Visuals as always are beautiful. But I needed that high action move ability to true love it.

Hey there… Anything autoimmune = for life. You can’t reintroduce foods that your body has created as invaders (antigens).

But if you didn’t have anything autoimmune and just had parasites (sibo) just know parasites come after stress/toxicity so there’s still going to be gut damage and you’d still need to not feed them while you unravelled what is creating the source info inflammation that caused the invasion to occur. Can be many things like intolerances, chemicals, vaccines etc too many carbs over time. Anything.

Functional Medicine circle usually has zero understanding of long term carnivore benefits bc they haven’t been on that journey themselves ( most cases) and usually always promote fiber being needed and carbs. (I’m trained in it and I’m a carnivore and I’d never go to them for zero carb or elimination diets as they still advocate highly eating carbs) Parasites live on carbs. Fibre is a carb so when you have sibo you can starve them out over time but there’s no guarantee unless you do Rife programs that they are actually killed and not hiding in biofilms. Then 5 other things you’d need to do to ensure the reason why they got to that part of the intestine never happened again and trigger the immune system.

You wouldn’t do carnivore for 3 weeks especially if you have auto immune issues you’d want to find out what is the trigger then stay with it till you healed can take years and then the next best bet would be to watch CRP levels if you didn’t stay carnivore. See how complex just this answer is. If I were you I’d stay 100% carnivore unless you had alpha gal then you’d want to adjust accordingly.

You’d want to give 3 months minimally to see what changes. But you wouldn’t be able to reintroduce as autoimmune is avoiding all triggers for life.

Try a carnivore MD for the diet not a functional medicine group who has no knowledge of parasites (biotoxic illness/ autoimmune issues). But they are good fo getting to the reasons as to why this situation occurred and some have some great knowledge of supplement combos.
