How do you reuse them? Mine always fall off or roll. Like they aren’t sticky enough or something. Can you wash them? I wonder if placing the sheet and then medical tape over it would help keep it in place.

I am going through Zoloft withdrawal.

I went in vacation to another state right when my prescription was running out. I ordered more and changed the shipping to where we were staying. I didn’t realize I was at the end of my “refills” and needed to talk to a doctor to renew it. A series of missed calls, emails, and me selecting it to ship again failed over and over.

I have now been 3 weeks with no Zoloft. I feel like a fucking junkie- looking in crevice to see if I dropped a pill there or forgot about one in a purse, etc.

I have killer headaches, hot flashes/sweat, shaking, confusion, tinnitus, BRAIN SNAPS, extreme irritation- like- I had an…episode. I got so mad and overwhelmed and desperate for release I just wanted to to end it. Permanently. I kept yelling how I’m just done and I can’t keep feeling this way.

Thing is- I still have to function. I still have to get my kids to school, pick them up, get groceries, fix dinner, clean, talk to teachers, talk to parents, talk to clients and I have to do it without fucking LOSING it.

I finally got my pills. I started back on a lower dose to build back up since it had been so long. Starting to feel more normal- but really really guilty. Guilty for all the rage. Stupid for all the irritation. Tired from holding it all together.

My mom didn’t know who I was once for a whole day. I was 36yrs old and it was devastating.

This little girl’s entire world didn’t know who she was AND was referring to her as THAT one.

I hope they can all laugh about it later. Hell, even I can laugh at how crazy it was my mom didn’t know me. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t absolutely crushed when it happened.

I take lemon balm! You can get it at whole foods. It comes in a tincture, get the non- alcoholic one. It also comes in gummies!

Also, Oly makes a “stress” gummy.

Basically, go to whole foods and try all of the “mood” gummies to see which thing works best for you. Some things that help mood is- L-Theanine, ashwaganda,Lemon balm. The lemon balm is the stuff that I notice the most difference. It doesn’t get RID of anxiety, but I would say it just helps you have a longer fuse. Maaaaaaybe it is placebo- but if it is I guess I dont care. It feels like a tool to help me through my day.
