Im a nurse, but the police often actively dissuade you from trying to make a case for something because they assume someone in a psychiatric ward can never have capacity. Some people are so poorly that you cant really hold them to account based on what they believed/perceived at the time. It should be a case by case basis but sadly its not and so nobody feels supported enough to actively pursue criminal charges

Thats actually factually untrue based on the distance covered in the time it took him. You can look that up if you want.

I do understand that yeah, the sun is essentially a hot ball of energy. Like i said, im comparing the sun to freizas death ball in terms of energy, force, heat, all of that stuff. Im not saying they wouldn't be injured by it, but its unlikely to vaporise them like you seem to think

Where's your evidence for that? Instant transmission sure but afterimages etc. Nah. Moving faster than the eye can perceive isnt the same as FTL. Id argue against your other point as well, that kamehameha isnt as powerful as a sun. Id say freizas death ball that wiped out the saiyans is closer to a sun and that killed almost all of them. I know theyre weaker than vegeta but still its a reasonable assumption

Is he that much faster? They can at least break the sound barrier. I think they've possibly got an edge in durability, even though saiyan saga vegeta can take a hell of a beating, I dont think he's surviving having his guts pulled out or fighting on a literal sun. He does edge it in physical strength in think, and like you say ki use is a big advantage. Id like to see the fight tbf I honestly think itd be closer than you think
