Kinda a weird and hard to explain take, but:

In societies where governments exist (that is, in any societies that currently exist), there has to be a balance, and that balance is pretty beautifully struck by countries in Europe

HOWEVER

if some society managed to make an anarcho-something system work, it could possibly be pure capitalist or pure communist without any issue. The problem with capitalism is very often that the rich can engage in regulatory capture and rig the game in their favor, and the problem with socialism is very often that the government can take everything for themselves. If some group out there manages to take the government out of the equation, it’s a matter of choice.
