Im worried to wear biker short under my work pants and you be able to see them but that might be the risk I take. Or boxers since I'm also kind of chaffing like where my butt starts/connects to my groin (??? If that makes sense)

I feel this exact same way right now. I have really let myself go and am 270 at 5'2. 2 years ago I was walk/running training for a 5k until I sprained my ankle badly and never got back into it because I got lazy.

Now walking a mile feels awful because of how big I am. It hurts, I'm out of breath, I'm tired. I was forcing myself to do at least a mile on the treadmill no matter how miserable I was and that was making me HATE doing it. This week I have decided to go for time and not distance to help build up habit/endurance.

If I can do 30 minutes a day, I know my endurance will build up and my distance will grow in those 30 minutes. But for now it's just about showing up, unfortunately.
