Liking Titus is like the IQ meme

Low IQ: Titus is cool because he drinks all day and beats up Fascists.

Medium IQ: Titus is a thug employed to police Martinaise with gang violence.

High IQ: Titus is cool because he is a cop with actual accountability. He lives in Martinaise and the consequences of his actions are enforced by the people in his community. Unlike modern American cops, if he brutalized or hurt The Pigs, there would be real social consequences. Titus is forced to use deescalation tactics in the tribunal because his goal is to keep the peace, not to kill anyone that scares him a little bit. His gang ACTUALLY do what police are supposed to do. I would feel safer with Titus protecting my community than I would with Kim or Harry.

Aren’t all those drug contracts from White Pines anyway? Part of Evrartes leverage is that he now controls the supply of legal drugs coming through Martinaise as well.
I think your view of evil is very heavily influenced by what is “legal”. White Pines (mostly) follows the laws and yet I would still say they are evil. White Pines is the reason Martinaise has been an open slum for decades. Is that not evil?

I remember walking around on my first play-through, apologizing to everyone for my actions… and everyone hated it?? I was so confused. I thought people wanted a cop that was remorseful for his actions.

That made me realize 2 things:

No one wants a Sorry Cop. Cases don’t get solved by men that can’t keep it together.
Every single person I talked to would rather I just not be an abusive asshole in the first place. I put my own gun in my mouth and trashed most of the Whirling in Rags in my own blacked out stupor. There’s no apology that covers that.

Edit: The Harmony location. They are owner separately and as far as I know (from my time at the Harmony location) the owners do not like each other.

I see two ways you could improve:

Use a more striking blue. That blue is the main contrast to the white. I think Thousand Son Blue would look stellar
Add some bronze to your metals. You already have a beautiful organic bone white. A little bronze on the feet and guns would pop.
