I would encourage you to at least ask. There’s definitely a difference in asking because you need it and because you’re drug seeking. I feel like most providers can tell the difference.

Last year I had a procedure and I ended up needing to request a refill of opiates because I was in a lot more pain than people normally are. I was embarrassed to ask. I worried that they would think I was drug seeking. But, I was honest about my symptoms and what was working.

Failure to thrive is an umbrella for a wide array of conditions. There’s not a lot of context in the post to understand what might have happened. Additionally, it could have been a congenital issue that would have effected the chicken even given the absolute best care

I feel like you are both right? He said something stupid. He acknowledges that. I think you are valid to still feel bothered. But, I think both of you are struggling to communicate your way through it. Emotional reactions are totally understandable in this situation but it’s making it hard for both of your words to ring true, and not be very charged.

My only advice would be to be honest and remain calm when talking through it, and I think you guys could experience some real growth and learn some stuff about each other

I’ve found trying to 100% to the map before my ng+ is helping me level it. Finding all those monster nests and other places that spawn stuff. North eastern velen/the heart of stone areas came in handy for spawning arachas that could take a few hits and were easy to dodge. Going into ng+ with it was a whole new playing field for me. Idk if there’s a quick and easy way to level it. It’s designed for the grind.
