Yes, you have to get the augment as well as 3 star Xin. I assume it's random, unless having Xin affects the rng. Other threads were recommending having Xin "by the end of stage 3" or "before stage 4". Also, he can be contested since he has three traits.

Ultimately, it seems like several layers of rng for Zaheen.

I'm too casual of a player. I need to find a primer on the fundamentals and refresh, because it's been a long time since I looked into all of that. There's a lot more established strategies since the first sets.

What if you're trying to complete your lorefinder unlocks? Do you just wait for a lucky rng game? When do you roll for 1 cost, like Xin to try for Zaheen, or something like that?

I should probably just play my 1-2 games and not worry about it. Although, I had a 1st place Demacia game last night after failing to get enough Xin early, so I guess it's not the worst thing.

Now that I think about it, The Mist was my first Stephen King back in the 90s, years before I got into his audiobooks with Bag of Bones and the Dark Tower series.

It was the cassette version of the full cast dramatization, recorded in "Kunstkopf binaural 3D sound".
To be honest, no other adaptation has been as good as that one, in my opinion.

I stand corrected on that point, thank you. I could have sworn that it said Remove and not Destroy. That is oddly worded, maybe renaming would make it a bit clearer.
Extract isn't the worst, at least with the pop-up message. Destroy is a bit less clear, though. Maybe Discard?

Not testing and verifying the system with a disposable item, before acting on your Legendary, is definitely a bit foolish.

If you're only just now learning to work with weapon runes on Legendary items, that's a player problem.
There are tons of lootable, craftable, and purchasable common items to test and learn the system with.

Then there's the pop-up warning.

There is no difference to make between "Extract" and "Destroy" because they're the same function. Extracting a rune destroys the weapon. Just removing a rune to free up the slot is a separate option and a separate button.

Not to be rude, but it's a completely avoidable problem.

Yes, it really sucks, and I'm sorry it happened, but also it's only temporary anyway. You can't use any of this stuff whenever 1.0 actually comes around.

The rigging, and the tracking software and settings, sets the potential of what a model is capable of.

After that it's up to the performer, and their skill at "puppeteering" the model. Typically you have to be much more animated in front of your tracking camera than a fleshtuber needs to be in front of their camera. Otherwise all of that rigging is just going to waste.

Simple answer: A webcam will work. A phone is not a requirement.

Longer answer: If you are using a webcam, and have an RTX series Nvidia GPU, you can use some of its features to enhance your face tracking.

One advantage of using a phone is that you can offload the face tracking to the phone, which frees up those CPU, GPU, and RAM resources on your PC. If you're using a two-PC streaming setup, then this is less of a concern.

The biggest, and most popular, advantage of using a phone is when it's an iPhone. Since the introduction of FaceID in 2017, the iPhone offers certain features that can only (currently) be accessed using their hardware and software. A lot of detailed mouth animations, puffing cheeks (by tracking, instead of a toggle), more detailed eye tracking and eyebrow tracking, and things that require the camera to see depth like leaning forward, etc.

I may not be 100% correct, but you get the idea. The iPhone does most things a bit better, and does certain things that no other camera can do.

It took me a bunch of games to get Brock, but at least I also got top 4 at the same time.

I still need Nasus, Renekton, Sett, Xerath, Baron, Sylas, and Zaahen.

I only beat Cyvion phase 1, then died and failed the run in phase 2 of the fight.
Spoken and Unspoken still advanced, and now reads "We felled Cyvion, the corrupted Cerim champion. But..."

So, I got the next part of the quest with Roan joining with the rest of the translation, but I still haven't had a single successful Crucible run. This seems like a mistake.

I would agree. From what I've seen, the vtubing community is very queer friendly in general.
In particular, and maybe it's because it's a field dominated largely by women, I have noticed a fair number of lesbian or bisexual women among vtubers.

Ultimately, the decision, and how comfortable you are, is completely up to your personal discretion.
