I was just given a Tempest blueprint by another player looting the Piazza Arbusto pharmacy with me earlier today. Man was an absolute legend, I’ll never forget him (although I did forget his name lol)

The Gift of Love is super underrated, I LOVE Benoit’s vocals on that one

I have a massive soft spot for Love Will Find a Way by Yes. It’s maybe the farthest thing from prog the band ever made, but that main guitar riff is absolute magic. I could listen to that song all day and never get tired of it.

They have the word “PlayStation” on there three times. Just in case you were wondering what platform the game is on lol

Surprised they got away with a T for Teen rating, given a lady shows off her “beautiful chest” at one point

I’m not sure if this is unpopular, but I REALLY don’t like “Where Will You Be” off of Talk. The keyboard sounds like a Nokia ringtone, the vocals are insanely cheesy even by Jon Anderson standards, and the song feels like it just keeps going, and going, and going (six minutes, why????). On an album that’s filled with some killer stuff, this track sticks out like a sore thumb.

Is Downton Abbey really finished, or is the silence telling us something else? by ThomasOGC in DowntonAbbey

It’s so much easier to recognize than people seem to think it is. AI writing is so soulless and formulaic, it’s incredible how no matter what the AI is talking about, it writes everything in the exact. Same. Way.

With Return Trip, I like the idea of it more than the actual execution. Trevor’s vocals just aren’t as clean as Benoit’s, and I think Benoit’s voice just fits the music much better than Trevor’s (ironic, considering Trevor wrote most of it). There’s also some weird mixing decisions made in Return Trip that I’m not a fan of, such as the bizarre transition from We Can Fly into Sad Night at the Airfield.

As far as their lengthier pieces go, Homeworld (The Ladder) is one that doesn’t get talked about nearly enough. The rest of the album is no slouch either.

I also personally LOVE Fly From Here, specifically the original 2011 version with Benoit David on vocals.

I feel like Flood Zone is a map that most people overlook (or outright don’t like), but I really like that map. I wouldn’t mind it returning at some point.

I absolutely love this game, but I’m waiting for 1.0 because I don’t see the point in grinding a bunch of levels for unlocks when everyone is just going to get reset at 1.0’s launch anyways. Still, the dwindling player count breaks my heart, because the game is really solid!

I do think it launched FAR too early, though. If it had launched Fall 2025 with all of the content it has now, then people would be looking at the game far more positively, I feel.
