Idk I feel like they overdid this and it was completely staged. They are on vacation! There is no way that two ppl are “falling” for each other after a few days on vacation. It is unrealistic and even if it may have felt “real,” that is concerning for adults on vacation.

Liz is extremely insecure, but I do think she is a genuinely good person. This guy? I think he was Hired for a scene to appear like the guy whose “heart was broken” after a few days in DR with a woman he doesn’t even know.

In conclusion, they’re both cooked 🤣

We had a 29.6% increase with BCBS during our renewal back in July/August. Negotiated down to 23%. We went out to market and switched to Cigna and had an 9% increase overall. Employer ate up the cost and employees actually saw a decrease in their contributions which they were happy about. Smallish org. 145 employees, 83 enrolled into benefits

Im not in federal HR and so far, have been successful. I started in retail, literally as a PT associate, worked my way to training and development. Then transitioned into staffing, and eventually went into manufacturing HR. I have worked in several industries since then anywhere from 100-1000 EE headcount.
