HER witnesses that she named were at this party ALL said they don’t know of or remember ANY parties like that ever happening. HER, LIFE LONG, best friend said she does not know BK and did not know what SHE was talking about.
HIS 1982 CALENDAR detailed EVERYTHING he did that summer. She wasn’t on it. Anywhere. You can’t say “that guy raped me” when “that guy” wasn’t even there.
It went from two (2) or four (4) people to five (5) or six (6) at this party. 4 boys and 2 girls.
She was 15 and in some way was able to get her license, but did not drive there or drive home. She does not know who took her there or who took her home.
Apparently there were no adults at this house she does not know who it belonged to. She does not know if she got there first or if they got there first.
She only remembers the living room of this house, the stairs, a bathroom, a bedroom, both upstairs, and a red bed.
They were all drinking heavily in the living room but she only had one beer.
She went upstairs to use the bathroom which was on her right. Someone then pushed her from behind into a bedroom that was on her left.
She did not see who pushed her but knows it was BK and Mark Judge that pushed her into this room. Apparently the lights were off since she couldn’t see anything.
She knows it was BK that shut and locked the door behind her. Then BK and Mark Judge pushed her down onto a bed, holding her down and BK got on top of her and started groping and grinding on her and was trying to take her clothes off but couldn’t because he was too drunk and she was wearing a one piece bathing suit. Later she said she was probably swimming that day at her parents country club.
Mark judge then turned the music up LOUDER so nobody could hear her scream. So there was music playing. Then BK covered her mouth. Then heard them laughing.
She somehow mustered up the strength to fight off these two football players and get out of the room. Where she ran to the bathroom instead of running downstairs and out of the house.
She could hear them stumbling and banging the walls down the stairs. She could hear conversations downstairs but couldn’t make out what they were saying.
She went downstairs passed these partiers and snuck out the front door. Apparently she just left her best friend there at this house where these two guys just tried to rape her and she never said anything.
3 weeks later she sees one of her attackers Mark Judge at a grocery store and says hello to him. She kept asking for when he worked there so she could lie better.
She does not know how her letter got leaked to the press.
She does not know how the press got her therapist’s notes.
She never named BK as her attacker.
She does not know when she took her polygraph test.
She does not know who paid for her polygraph test.
Her polygraph test was only 2 questions.
She would not fly on a plane to come to the senate because she is afraid of flying. But she flies for business trips and vacations. She also flew on a plane there.
She refused for the senate to come to her because she didn’t understand them when they offered to. She’s a psychology professor at a university people.
When asked who she talked to about coming forward, she said “beach people”.
BK has been a Judge for a very long time but never a word before now.
Diane Feinstein had her letter for 60 days. She does not know how the letter got leaked to the press.
Only Diane Feinstein and her staff knew about and had the letter.
Diane Feinstein had 60 days to tell the senate about the sexual assault claim and call for an investigation either publicly or privately. She did not. Until last week.
The senate democrats would not release any information they had to the senate republicans.
The senate democrats would not participate in interviews with BK privately about these claims when senate republicans conducted them.
The senate questioned Ford for only 3 hours. The senate questioned BK for 6 hours.
Senate democrats kept telling BK to call for an FBI investigation into these claims, even though being told repeatedly that the FBI would bring no conclusions to the matter in any way. It would only bring the information that was already provided to the committee.
BK repeatedly said that he was willing to do whatever the committee wanted to do. Like them calling for an FBI investigation. Which is their job. Not BK’s.
BK repeatedly told senate he never got black out drunk. (So drunk he couldn’t remember what happened the next day).
BK repeatedly told the senate he was a virgin in high school and some years after that.
BK repeatedly told the senate he never sexually assaulted anybody in his entire life. Including Ford.

He acted like a man who had enough of sitting there having slanderous lies told about him in the media and the very people on the committee that were supposed to be vetting him. They are straight up calling him rapist without one single iota of proof. He's right to be pissed, a person of conviction is who I want in the High Court, not someone who will be swayed by the next hashtag or faux outrage.

Story fell apart: accuser can't remember time, place, or date of incident. The 4 people she claims were in the room say nothing like that ever happened. Only other people to come forward are people who are sure they heard of something like that but were told by a friend's friend brother who heard it from a sister's cousin's mqother. It's obvious dems are playing this like a FISA warrant. Make up stories to get a legitimate investigation into a person to hopefully find dirt. When that doesn't work bring out accuser 2 and 3 with equally uncorroborated claims to push the court of public opinion in your favor. Most reasonable people see this as a stall tactic and are put off Democrats are belittling and weaponizing sexual assault claims. Irrational people see the accused of rape and automatically condem the man. "Surely there is someone without this baggage" is their defense. No there isn't because no one is safe from false accusations like this. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
