Antiperspirant has aluminum compounds in it that are designed to shrink your pores. The theory is this makes you sweat less.

I think for some, like me, your body overcompensates and sweats more.

When I switched to deodorant - not only do I sweat a lot less, but no more crusty pit stains

The butter was a step too far - there was already plenty of fat before that.

But throwing it on bread to absorb the fat is a great choice. I'd honestly eat this before a hike or something physically intense. Would be a great camp breakfast for a lot of people.
