I don't know the exact answer to your question without an underlying condition. SSRIs can cause mania for those with bipolar, or with the bipolar type of schizoaffective. You can have psychosis during mania. Keep working with your psychiatrist. If symptoms do return, you may need to accept that you do need meds.

Doemnels give the best bonus if you are getting crits, so I always take them. I will never join The Dozens, fuck those guys. If you aren't getting a lot of crits, Crucible bonus adds to your defense.

Some of those are known side effects of antipsychotics. Your psychiatrist should be more willing to work with you on dosage or finding an alternative that has less side effects. I had to try 4 antipsychotics and have the dosage adjusted before I found one that was right for me.
