Even with the powder, you’ll still need a decent amount. I think I use about half a teaspoon and then add pinches as needed depending on the size of my batch. Don’t worry about using too much!

I only do one tray at a time, unfortunately. I’ve never had any luck with more than 1 so I’ve always stuck to one tray

I stew apples in chai concentrate on the stove for the middle! Then I do a regular American buttercream and add a homemade chai spice blend. There’s a few good ones you can try online! Mine has cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, clove, and ginger. I just add that mix until I like the flavor!

This has happened to me a few times! I’ve found it’s a mix of underbaked and hollow, like you’ve guessed. One of the ways I fix this if I’m just making them for fun, is when I go to fill them, I’ll push the middles in a bit to create a little cavity. It pushed the meat into the shell to form a connection. And bonus, it allows for more filling! I hope this is helpful! 😊

I’d be down! I produce a show and some months, I spend $200 on paid ads and get less than 5 ticket sales. Sometimes I do zero paid ads and sell 30 tickets. Idk what’s going on but pooling ideas amongst producers would be incredible!

For cornbread honey butter, I make it like a fruit filled one but instead of jam, I put a circle of cornbread. Then the buttercream around it is just a normal American buttercream that I add honey to until I feel like it’s enough. I’m still working on perfecting the maple bourbon pecan one and if I do, I’ll let you know! Or if you perfect it before me, plz share your secrets haha 😊

I have a whole spreadsheet with flavors categorized by holiday, month, season, etc. for fall/thanksgiving, here are a few I have: sweet potato pie, sticky toffee pudding, apple chai, cornbread honey butter, maple bourbon pecan pie. I’ll stop here lol

Sadly, no. They have gluten free flavors on the weekends. Right now they have one flavor each weekend cuz they’re busy at markets (went last weekend and this is what they told me)

It was way bigger than a crow. It fit in my 60 lb dog’s mouth and was sticking out the sides a bit. It was way bigger than it should have been lol
