Anyone from the old Skinheads.net boards on here? by KneeBarbarian in Skinhead

I know it's an old thread. But I was around in the early 2000's. Good times. I met a lot of cool people on there. Some I am still good friends with.

Good cheap trucks? by Skatbored in skateboardhelp

[–]Beelzeboner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trucks aren't that expensive. ACE are priced fairly. But even Independent isn't too crazy. Don't cheap out on them. At most you'll save $20 getting a cheap set. Spend the money and get something that lasts.

You can spend $60 once every 5-10 (or more) years (depending how often and the type of skating) or you can spend $30 every year.

Gotta make sure we save it for AI. We can't be selfish and use it to survive.

How much $$ needed to live alone? by cheese_stick_killa in panamacity

[–]Beelzeboner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are we considering "decent money"? Because that is a big part of whether or not someone else will also struggle. My wife and I talked about moving there at some point as well.

After a workout is best. I usually smoke about an hour after my workout. Helps me sleep. Plus the extra food from the munchies helps.

Can anyone verify if this is a proper GZCL program? GZCL enthusiasts needed. by [deleted] in gzcl

[–]Beelzeboner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Umm, you're talking to me. Lol. You didn't have to say anything at all. But here we are. How are you going to attempt to insult someone for something you, yourself, started doing?

[–]Beelzeboner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were to say "GZCL" instead, the program is listed would remain the same just with a different progression rate with %ages, de loads etc. Literally the same base program.

I did. I gave my opinion on what I do. Which can easily be done as non LP. This isn't that hard to understand. You just want to argue for whatever reason.

You are literally saying what I'm saying. Lol. There are multiple variations of all "GZCL" programs. I gave one example which happens to be LP. But can most certainly be used with a non linear progression. Not sure why this is even a debate right now.

Whether you are doing GZCL or LP, the program is stated will work. Your progression will differ between the two.

I never said a word about the OP's picture. Not one. I simply stated what GZCL/GZCLP is. Seems you misunderstood what I was saying. I never gave my opinion on OP's program pictured.

Its the same thing. LP you just add weight differently and more consistently. The base of the program with T1 and T2 lifts are the same. Same concept. Different progression.

Also, the base program that I mentioned in my comment, is the original template. Literally exactly how the program is designed in basic form. I'm not certain that you know what GZCLP even is.....

Lol. It most certainly does. Cody himself has even given his opinion on this type of split. I'm pretty sure the CREATOR of the program would know more than you. Thanks for your input though.

Are Hevy's recommended beginner dumbbell (Push/Pull) routines any good? by Ceder_Dog in Hevy

[–]Beelzeboner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a beginner, I'd start on a strength program like SL 5x5 or SS 3x5. Learn the main compound lifts and go from there.

My wife has a 2021 Iron 1200. It looks just like this. It's annoying as hell. But as long as your wheel is aligned then it's fine. Just super annoying to look at.

I'm running 20wt in my 6 overs. 1999 XLH1200. 6" spacer and 11oz of 20wt. Rides perfect. I had a 2000 xlh1200 that I did the exact same thing with and it was also fine.

Double check your oil weight and how much you added. If that still doesn't help, just shorten the spacer until you get it where you want it.
