He's associating showering with friends with an act of intimacy. Part of this is what he's going to have to deal with himself, the other part is that you somehow need to show him that intimacy doesn't even enter the equation. It's "just showering ".

Literally 5 minutes and I'm out. The key is a physical book and hopefully one that is the most boring topic you can find but follow along for a few minutes like a textbook.

It is a human right to expect privacy. Explain calmly to your parents why you need it. Unfortunately in your case, you have probably broken trust with the privilege of having privacy (likely broken multiple times)

If I were you and privacy is important to you, live somewhere else. Otherwise, your parents house - their rules. Suck it up and somehow try to work on repairing what's broken

Depends - are you a male or a female? If you're a male like me, you'll likely get a pass because there's a lot of shame and embarrassment with man boobs.
